The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has released a series of housing policy documents and rules, including the draft 2010 qualified allocation plan (QAP), for administering its affordable housing programs. In addition to its 2010 QAP, TDHCA has released:
- 2010-2014 State of Texas Consolidated Plan;
- Compliance Monitoring Rules;
- HOME, HTC and HTF Affordable Housing Needs Score;
- HOME, HTC and HTF Regional Allocation Formula ;
- Real Estate Analysis Rules; and
- Multifamily Housing Revenue Bond Rule
