The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA”) has posted the revised Awards and Waiting List for the 2017 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (“HTC”) Cycle to its website at: http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/housing-tax-credits-9pct/. This posting updates the award and waiting list posted on Aug. 4, 2017, to reflect actions taken since the TDHCA Governing Board meeting on Thursday, July 27, 2017, including adjustments to award amounts based on underwriting.
