Oregon Housing and Community Services has yet to have a fully staffed Housing Stability Council since its expansion from 7 to 9 seats in 2015, until now. Charles Wilhoite and Tricia Tillman now round out the council.
Wilhoite is managing director with Willamette Management Associates performing valuations and leading the firms tax exempt and healthcare services practice, he also serves on the board of directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco – Portland Branch.
Tillman served as Director for Public Health in Oregon from 2015-17 and has served as a governor-appointed member of the Oregon Public Health Advisory Board. She also served 6 years as Director of the Office of Equity and Inclusion within the Oregon Health Authority, increasing state funding for culturally specific community organizations to promote health and wellbeing.
