The Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) recently announced training workshops for the reporting requirements associated with the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) and Tax Credit Exchange Program. The TCAP and Exchange Program training is mandatory for developers seeking TCAP and/or Exchange credits. The workshop scheduled for October 13 in Frankfort.
KHC has also announced a training session for the 2010 rental production open window application round and guidelines on October 14 in Frankfort. This session will describe in detail the changes to the rental production application process and associated guidelines for the HOME Investment Partnerships, Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Small Multifamily Affordable Loan, Risk-Sharing, and Low Income Housing Tax Credits Programs.
