The Ramp Up Indiana 2017 Program Policy has been substantially updated as the funding source has changed from CDBG-D to Development Fund. This change removes many of the federal requirements such as Procurement, Environmental Review, and Public Hearings. There is a 10% local match requirement. The Ramp Up Indiana website has an application form and additional resources. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
