A Uniform Physical Condition Standards training session will be held on October 12 in Louisville, while a basic LIHTC training will be held on October 19 in Lexington. More information on each session is below.

Uniform Physical Condition Standards

Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) Training Academy will be providing a one-day training on Thursday, October 12, 2017, from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. ET, at Liberty Green, 500 E. Jefferson Street, Louisville. The training targets property management companies and owners that are responsible for maintaining compliance with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. The cost of the training is $10 for OCCH partners and $100 for non-partners. Early registration is encouraged due to limited space.

The training will cover the following topics:

*    Health and Safety Hazards

*    Inspected Items and Areas

*    REAC Scoring and Summary

*    Definitions of Site Issues

The training targets property management companies and owners that are responsible for maintaining compliance with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. The training is being provided free of charge by Ohio Capital. Early registration is encouraged due to limited space.
