The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA”) has posted the Awards and Waiting List for the 2017 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit Cycle to its website. This posting updates the award and waiting list posted on July 24, 2017, to reflect actions taken at the TDHCA Governing Board meeting on Thursday, July 27, 2017, as well as revisions to award amounts based on underwriting.
