Alaska Housing Finance Corporation has recently proposed a change to its National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan which would allow for rehabilitation projects within the municipality of Anchorage.
The 30 day Public Comment Period for the 2016 Allocation plan amendment began Sunday, July 23, 2017. Comments are due to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 2017.
The 14 day Public Comment Period for the 2017 Allocation Plan amendment began Sunday, July 23, 2017. Comments are due to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 7, 2017.
The public hearing for both amendments will be held:
Thursday August 3, 2017, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
