The draft 2018-19 Qualified Allocation Plan promotes leveraging and strategic reuse of blighted parcels that received funding through OHFA’s Neighborhood Initiative Program. A list of all property addresses that were supported through that program and not yet disposed of is now available in the 2018 Data File.
These properties are owned by the county land bank and may not be available for purchase. While the terms of any property transfer are left to the owner, certain disposition types are pre-approved under the NIP guidelines including those for redevelopment, non-profit use, public use, or side lotting.
