Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development has two remaining listening tours (Eastern Shore and Baltimore) and has changed the Baltimore location. The meetings are open to the public and serve as an opportunity to be heard prior to the department’s initial draft QAP. For those unable to attend a listening session, a dedicated email has been established for the sole purpose of taking comments on the QAP: [email protected].
