Oregon Housing and Community Services is hosting a 4% LIHTC meeting to review the funding process and expected timelines. Any and all sponsors, lenders, investors, and others with existing or future 4% projects are encouraged to attend. OHCS will provide a detailed overview of the process and will be available to answer questions and concerns. Given the volume of these projects at OHCS, this will be a critical update for those working on 4% transactions.
This 4% LIHTC meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd, from 1-3 pm at Oregon Housing and Community Services, 725 Summer St NE, Salem, Oregon 97301 in Room 124. For those who are unable to attend in person, you can register for the live webinar as well.
