Michigan State Housing Development Authority has issued a number of updates pertaining to the tax credit program: · Direct Lending Parameters: At its meeting on Wednesday, the Authority’s Board approved additional modifications to the Direct Lending Parameters. Blackline and clean copies of the updates are available in the Multifamily Rental Housing portion of the Authority’s Recovery Act website section along with the cover memo provided to the Board and MSHDA’s responses to written comments submitted by the Michigan Housing Council.
- Updated Exhibit Checklists: Earlier this week, minor updates were made to the 9% Tax Credit Exchange Program and 9% Equity Support Program Exhibit Checklists.
- Questions and Answers: Several new Q&A items are being posted today. Topics include the 9% Equity Support Program and MSHDA’s outlook on scattered site single family developments.
- Application Deadline Reminder: Applications for the 9% Tax Credit Exchange Program are due no later than Wednesday, July 8th.
