- Rental Market Dynamics answers two questions:
- Did the number of rental units affordable to lower income households grow or decline between 2005 and 2007?
- What factors caused the number of affordable rental units to grow or decline during this period?
- Weighting Strategy for CINCH Analysis identifies modifications to the weighting strategy used in the components of inventory change (CINCH) analysis of changes in the national housing stock.
