The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency has posted the following timeline as a reminder for upcoming deadlines related to multifamily housing programs:

  • Friday, March 17, 2017: 
    • LIHTC Applications Due
    • Applications for Sect. 811 PRA and MFPHPP due to the Supported Housing and Special Needs Division
  • Thursday, April 13, 2017:

Sponsors that wish to use the $75,000 per unit capital subsidy through the Money Follows the Person Housing Partnership Program (MFPHPP) and Section 811 Project Rental Assistance (Sect. 811 PRA) in their 9% applications must receive a conditional commitment at the April 13th NJHMFA board meeting.

  • Tuesday, May 2, 2017 – 12 Noon:

Family, Senior, and Supportive Housing Cycle Application Deadline
