Florida Housing Finance Corporation will hold a Rule Development Workshop to discuss proposed changes to Rule Chapters 67-60 (Multifamily Competitive Solicitation Funding Process), 67-21 (NON-COMPETITIVE AFFORDABLE MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING PROGRAMS (MMRB/HC)) and 67-48 (COMPETITIVE AFFORDABLE MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING PROGRAMS SAIL/HOME/HC), F.A.C. Please not that the draft versions of these rules have not yet been released. The 2016 versions of these rules are available online.
