The Multifamily Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs will hold the second planning meeting for the 2018 Qualified Allocation Plan (“QAP”) and Uniform Multifamily Rules on January 25, 2017. The meeting will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Austin local time, in Room 170 of the Stephen F. Austin building at 1700 N. Congress. Interested parties can REGISTER HERE.
The agenda for this meeting will include discussing Dispersion and Underserved Areas, as expressed in the State’s QAP and Uniform Multifamily Rules. Meeting materials, including an updated Project Plan and a handout for this meeting’s discussion, will be posted to the Department’s website http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/nofas-rules.htm prior to the meeting. The handout will also be distributed at the meeting.
