The upcoming compliance training workshop covers Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bond (MMRB); Housing Credit (HC); Tax Credit Exchange Program (Exchange); Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP); State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL); Rental Recovery Loan Program (RRLP); and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Rental.
Registration is required and due two weeks prior to the training; walk-in registrations will not be accepted.
Florida Housing sponsors Compliance Training Workshops throughout the year. These meetings pertain to compliance rules and regulations, completion of the Tenant Income Certification and Program Report, and may provide a forum to discuss changes and updates to our housing programs.
