The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) in partnership with Ice Miller, PR Mortgage, and Neighborhood Development Associates, is offering a Bond Training March 16, 2017 in Indianapolis.

This training is specifically designed for practitioners who are familiar with tax credits and who want to expand their skills to include tax-exempt bond 4% credit projects. Session topics include:

  • Tax Credits and Bonds: Changes to the Tax Credit Side of the Project
  • Structuring Tax Exempt Bonds and Bond Program Requirements
  • Long-Term Financing Options, Typical Closing Costs, Underwriting and Additional Requirements.
  • Rental Assistance and Gap Fillers, Special Project Types
  • Examples of Closed Deals That Worked Well

There is no cost to attend the training. However, registration is required.
