Oregon Housing and Community Services recently approved 13 projects under the 2016 9% LIHTC and HOME programs with 21 projects not receiving funds. A ranked list of funded and unfunded projects is also available. The next NOFA for 9% LIHTC and HOME funds is anticipated to open in January 2017.
