Georgia’s Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has issued notice of guidance with respect to the application process and required documentation for the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) and the Tax Credit Exchange programs contained within the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The notice defines schedules and eligibility conditions for each of the three initial application rounds, and identifies required documentation to be submitted with each round.
DCA has also published a summary of the questions that were posed during a public Q&A session held on April 15, 2009 with regards to the state’s implementation plan for the TCAP and Exchange programs. read more…
