Vermont Housing Finance Agency is soliciting comments for its 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan. VHFA has provided a series of graphs and tables to help commenters develop an understanding of the needs of different types of Vermont households for affordable rental housing. Interested parties are encouraged to review the existing QAP and submit comments about any changes needed to ensure that competing applications are prioritized in the way that best serves Vermonters’ most pressing needs.  Comments should be submitted to Joseph Erdelyi, VHFA’s Development Director, by November 1, 2016.
