The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) requests qualifications for Multifamily Residential Management services from qualified Property Management firms with offices in the State of Connecticut.
Services are being sought for management of Real-Estate Owned properties and “Forced Placement Management” situations. Qualified respondents may be selected to conduct property management for CHFA real-estate owned properties or to replace management companies for properties in CHFA’s portfolios. When required, CHFA staff will select qualified management firms based on the property type, property location, and firm’s experience.
