WHEDA has published the 2017 LIHTC QAP and list of areas that are eligible for points in the Opportunity Zone category which can both be found on WHEDA’s website.   During the next few weeks, WHEDA will be releasing 2017 LIHTC appendices, guidance and scoring information.
