As of June 30, 2016, Oregon Housing and Community Services has revised its LIHTC and HOME NOFAs. The numbers in bold below are the new updated amounts with the originally reported numbers directly below them in parentheses (see also the original story below).

The LIHTC NOFA will include the allocations of the following funds to the three funding regions:
9% LIHTC $8,700,000
HOME $2,000,000
Gap $4,000,000
OAHTC $10,000,000
($12,000,000)
HELP $150,000
 ($300,000)
LIWP $1,500,000
($1,100,000)

The HOME NOFA will include the allocation of the following funds to the Balance of State Region, separate and apart from the LIHTC NOFA:

HOME $3,000,000
Gap $1,500,000 ($4,000,000)
OAHTC $2,000,000 ($12,000,000)
HELP $150,000 ($300,000)
LIWP $600,000 ($1,100,000)

 

June 29, 2016 — The 9% LIHTC and HOME NOFAs will both be released by June 30, 2016.
