North Dakota Housing Finance Agency is inviting the public to comment on its Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program Qualified Allocation Plan and a plan that will guide the use of an annual allocation from the National Housing Trust Fund.
Both hearings will be held at NDHFA’s office, 2624 Vermont Ave., Bismarck, ND. The LIHTC qualified allocation plan hearing will be held at 10 a.m. on May 6, 2016. The HTF allocation plan hearing will follow, beginning at 11 a.m.
The LIHTC program provides incentives for the production or rehabilitation of affordable rental housing. The intent of the HTF program is to complement existing efforts that increase and preserve the supply of affordable housing. The proposed plans are available online at http://www.ndhfa.org.
