The Multifamily Finance Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA”) will hold a Roundtable meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Austin local time, to gather stakeholder input for the National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan to be submitted to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Information gathered at the Roundtable will help to shape the draft Plan to be presented to the TDHCA Governing Board in May 2016. The Allocation Plan describes how the State of Texas will use the National Housing Trust Fund to create affordable housing for eligible households at or below 30% of Area Median Income.
The meeting will be held at the offices of Coats Rose, P.C. in Houston.
