The West Virginia Housing Development Fund is in the process of updating its LIHTCP operating expense database. In order to do that, they are requesting 2015 Year End Financial Audits for each of the LIHTCP properties in West Virginia. If your property is not required to have an annual audit, the Fund will accept an accountant’s compilation of the property’s financial statements. You may email, fax, or mail (on paper or CD) the financials to me.
