Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 06/13/2016 | $150 fee for cancellations between 5/6/2016 and 6/13/2016 |
| 07/23/2016 | No refunds after 6/13/2016 |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting Irta John at (202) 939-1774 or ijohn@housingonline.com.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
It is the Harbor View Hotel & Kelley House’s policy that reservations cancelled with the reservations office at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled within 21 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
