The Indianan Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA) announces that they will conduct a separate round for its 2015 General Set-Aside and is inviting developments that present a unique and creative project concept to submit a proposal. Applications will be evaluated based on their ability to meet IHCDA’s goals and priorities through an innovative approach.
November 3 was the deadline for the 2015A-C application round, which included nine percent (9%) rental housing tax credits. IHCDA received 52 applications for the program from 33 different counties, totaling over $43 million. You can view the applicant list online on the IHCDA website. Recommendations for the 2015A-C round will be made at the February 26, 2015 board meeting, held at IHCDA’s 30 South Meridian Office in Indianapolis.
