Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Multifamily Finance Division posted the pre-application materials for the 2016 HTC Competitive cycle at http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm.
On November 16, 2015 the Multifamily division announced that it posted the Requests for Rural Designation packet to its website in preparation for the 2016 HTC Competitive Application Cycle. This notice serves as a reminder that pursuant to §10.204(5)(B) of the 2016 Uniform Multifamily Rules the request must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. (Austin local time) on December 15, 2015. The request must be submitted to Elizabeth Henderson at [email protected] and the Request for Rural Designation Packet may be found on the Department’s website at http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm
