The next Regional Public Forum is scheduled for this coming Thursday, January 8, in Athens. The forum will be held at the COAD – Ohio Weatherization Training Center (1 Pinchot Lane, Athens, Ohio, 45701) and will begin at 9:30 AM. Information about this and other public forums has been added to the OHFA website. In addition to these opportunities, a formal written comment period will be observed through Thursday, April 30, 2015.
The Annual Operating Survey is required for Housing Tax Credit properties in their compliance period. The survey for the 2014 calendar year is now available on the Annual Owner Reporting page of the OHFA website. The deadline for submitting the annual operating survey is Friday, February 27, 2015.
