The West Virginia Housing Development Fund requests 2014 Year End Financial Audits from LIHTCP property owners in the state for each LIHTCP property they own.  If your property is not required to have an annual audit, the Fund will accept an accountant’s compilation of the property’s financial statements.  You may email, fax, or mail (on paper or CD) the financials to Hazel Mead, Tax Credit Processor at hmead@wvhdf.com, phone: 304-391-8675, or fax: 304-391-8780. Please submit them by Thursday, April 30, 2015.
