IHCDA and the Indiana Affordable Housing Council (IAHC) are accepting nominations for awards recognizing achievement, creativity and leadership in the affordable housing industry. IHCDA is accepting nominations for the Lt. Governor’s Awards for Excellence in Affordable Housing. Presented to the most outstanding properties in four categories, these awards celebrate the best in Indiana affordable housing development.

We welcome award nominations in the following areas:

  1. Rural Housing
  2. Urban Housing
  3. Senior Housing
  4. Special Needs Housing
