The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, Minnesota Housing, and the Minnesota Department of Human Services are taking comments on:
- Draft Annual Action Plan for 2016
- Substantial amendment to the 2016 Action Plan and the 2012-2016 Consolidated Plan
The substantial amendment, which begins on page 90 of the 2016 Action Plan, describes how Minnesota Housing will deploy the Housing Trust Fund (HTF) program funds we anticipate receiving from HUD in early 2016. Undertaking the public comment process before HTF funds are announced will allow us to quickly implement the program when funds become available.
