Conifer promoted Cheryl Stulpin to Senior Vice President of Conifer Realty. Mark Benotti has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management.
As Senior Vice President, Cheryl will lead all real estate development operations for New York and Pennsylvania. Cheryl worked with Conifer several years prior and rejoined us in 2013 after a very successful career with the Winn Companies. She is highly regarded in the affordable housing industry for her knowledge, expertise and integrity.

Mark 
Benotti has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management. In his new role, he will assume responsibility for the Human Resources group, in addition to his already existing portfolio, overseeing the Risk Management, Learning and Information Technology Departments. Mark offers extensive risk management and operational experience.
