Michael Rubinger announced he will end his tenure as president and CEO of the Local Initiative Support Coalition in June 2016. In an e-mail to stakeholders, Rubinger wrote that he leaves LISC “in excellent health, both financially and programmatically.” In a parallel statement, the LISC Board of Directors announced plans to form a search committee to plan for succession.
