The 2015 winners were announced in gala celebrations on June 25 in San Diego, as part of the annual PCBC conference and exposition, sponsored by the California Building Industry Association.
Affirmed Housing received an Award of Merit for the following categories and properties:
- Zero Net Energy Design Award for Arbor Green in Carson, CA.
- Best Multifamily Community for Lotus Garden in Los Angeles, CA.
- Best Senior Housing Community, on the Boards for El Cajon Main Street Residences.
Artspace received an Award of Merit in the Best Affordable Housing Community – 60 du/acre or more category for Artspace Mt. Baker Lofts in Seattle, WA.
BRIDGE Housing received an Awards of Merit for the following categories and properties:
- Best Affordable Housing Community – 30 to 60 du/acre for Paseo at COMM22 in San Diego, CA.
- Best On the Boards Multifamily Community for MacArthur Station in Oakland, CA.
Eden Housing was the Grand Award Winner for Best Seniors Housing Community – Active Adult/Independent Living for Monteverde Senior Apartments in Orinda, CA.
