Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc. announced two promotions that are effective immediately:
- Jay Kellogg is now Executive Vice President – Development and Construction
- Pat O’Connor is now Executive Vice President – Capital
Jay will oversee all of HKP’s development activities. Jay has 30+ years in real estate construction and land development. HKP will back-fill his current position and the new construction & design leader will report to Jay.
In his new role, Pat will lead transactional finance as well as acquisitions, in addition to roles as President of Eagle Capital and Kittle Capital Markets. Pat also has 30+ years in real estate capital having worked in capital, finance and acquisitions roles over his tenure. Pat is a licensed securities representative, holding the Series 7, 24, 63 and 99 licenses.
By the end of the 2nd quarter, Jay and Pat will finalize reporting structures that balance their leadership styles, and HKP goals and objectives.
