Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to landerson@dworbell.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| March 16, 2015 | No fee assessed |
| April 6, 2015 | $150 cancellation fee |
| After April 6, 2015 | Fee equivalent to cost of registration |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting Lauren Anderson at (202) 939-1773 or landerson@dworbell.com.
