NH&RA’s Annual Meeting and Public Housing Joint Venture Symposium took place on February 18-22, 2015 at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida.

Registration fee provides access to all sessions and networking events during NH&RA’s Public Housing Joint Venture Symposium and Annual Meeting. This includes access to the Wednesday Networking Lunch, Thursday evening Opening Dinner and certain Council / Committee meetings Wednesday, February 18 through Sunday, February 22.
February 19-22

Developers Council is a peer-to-peer network of developers that discusses topics of mutual interest, focusing on development, finance, construction, and business management issues. This private session provides a unique forum to share ideas and strategies with your fellow developers.
Participation in this session is limited to Developers Only. Space is limited; advance registration is required.

The NH&RA Annual Meeting is a family friendly event. Adult and child guest registrations are available for the Opening Dinner & Reception (Thursday) and the Closing Cocktail Reception (Saturday). Guests must be accompanied by a registered Annual Meeting attendee. You may register your guest through the Guest Activities Section of your registration.

The NH&RA Annual Golf Tournament will take place on Friday, February 20 at the Hammock Golf Course at the Ocean Reef Club. Tee times will begin at 1pm and continue every 10 minutes.
$335 includes green fees, box lunch, transportation, service fees, taxes, and prizes
Rentals: $83.00 includes tax
The Hammock Course is partially situated in a wildlife sanctuary of mangrove and tropical hardwood hammocks and contains many rare and endangered species of plants for players to observe and enjoy. This ocean golf course is considered the more scenic of the Club’s courses and is a true test of target golf. With fairways meandering through this natural hammock and with water hazards on fourteen of the eighteen holes, concentration becomes key to a good round. This par-71 course is 6,100 yards in length and offers a magnificent collection of memorable holes.
If you must cancel your golf tournament registration, you are required to do so by Friday, February 13.
If you’re looking to explore under the sea, sign up to snorkel the shallows of Carysfort Reef in the protected waters of the National Marine Sanctuary. Cristal Clear welcomes experienced snorkelers as well as first-timers of all ages on their 45-foot luxury catamaran, which will cruise to two different sites. Snorkelers will be able to swim at their own pace alongside sea turtles, rainbow-hewn parrot fish, schools of bright blue tangs, and giant groupers.
If you prefer scuba diving, Cristal Clear Charter offers luxury service including all gear handling and a dive guide in the water with you. They have a complete line of quality rental gear, new gear, accessories such as underwater cameras, and dive instruction. Divers must bring their certification cards or a PADI look-up.
