The Iowa Finance Authority announced a call for nominations for the 18th annual HousingIowa Awards. This prestigious awards program recognizes outstanding leadership and innovation across all spectrums of housing in Iowa.
HousingIowa award nominations will be accepted through May 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
Award Categories
The HousingIowa Awards recognize outstanding programs or projects based on their contributions to advancing affordable housing in Iowa in the following categories.
- Multifamily Housing Development;
- Single-Family Housing Development;
- Special Needs Housing Development (Homeless, housing for seniors, housing for persons with disabilities, etc.); and
- Innovation (The HousingIowa Awards recognize outstanding progrrams or projects based on their contributions to advancing affordable housing in Iowa in four categories.)
