Berkadia announced the successful financing of Englewood Multifamily, a 200-unit five-story mixed-income and mixed-use property in Atlanta, GA. Managing Director Carolyn Whatley and Director Angela Folkers of Berkadia’s FHA/HUD team secured $28.3 million in financing on behalf of The Benoit Group (TBG) and The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta (AHA).
