Registration for verbal public hearing testimony during webinars closes 30 minutes before each meeting’s start time. Public comment is limited to council decisions on awarding loans, grants, or funding awards. Commenters will be allotted five minutes per topic unless the Chair extends the time. If public hearing time expires and you cannot speak or have comments regarding another topic unrelated to the agenda items, please submit your comments in writing via email to HousingStabilityCouncil@hcs.oregon.gov or via mail to:
