Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. hosted a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the construction start of Alley Landing, a new affordable housing community the company is developing in Des Moines. The event was held at the construction site at 2701 Douglas Avenue where the beloved Plaza Lanes was destroyed by fire in 2017.
