Dominium announced that it has acquired Villa Hermosa, a 288-unit multifamily housing community in Albuquerque, NM. Dominium is planning to resyndicate Villa Hermosa in the Spring of 2025, renewing the property’s affordable housing status and conducting an $11.5 million renovation of the property.
