Beacon Communities hosted a grand opening of Shoreline Grove Apartments, a transformative redevelopment of the 1970s Parkside Village I State Public Housing Complex. Beacon replaced cramped, aging studios and one-bedroom apartments with 67 one- and two-bedroom apartments, 60 of which are affordable and seven are market-rate.
