Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. hosted a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the beginning of construction on the two-phased Juniper Crossing, an affordable senior housing community on Columbus’ far south side. Juniper Crossing I will provide 44 units and Juniper Crossing II will provide 37 units, both targeted for senior residents. Juniper Crossing I will be rented to residents with incomes between 30 and 70 percent of the area median income. Juniper Crossing II is reserved for residents up to 60 percent area median income.
