Lument and CooperWynn Capital, experts in debt and equity capital markets with a focus on lodging and hospitality, announced a collaboration on the refinancing of a six-property portfolio of Marriott & Hilton Select Service hotels on behalf of Chandler Real Estate. The portfolio, totaling 685 rooms, consists of properties in Georgia, Indiana and Kentucky. The transaction provides longer-term, fixed-rate financing and optimized ongoing debt service obligations.
