Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) and West Tennessee Legal Services (WTLS) are hosting a FREE training covering the essential accessibility topics that multifamily development teams need to know under the Fair Housing Act, ADA and Section 504. Often, the requirements of these regulations are misunderstood, misapplied or ignored, resulting in compliance risk to the property and the various entities bringing the project to life. The training is led by E&A Team, President and Founder Mark English, and Fair Housing attorney Scott P. Moore.

The training is offered regionally with events in Knoxville (August 13), Nashville (August 14) and Memphis (August 15). Due to limited seating, THDA is asking interested organizations to register just one representative for the training initially. If seats remain open, an email announcing additional availability will be sent in mid-late July.
