The Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Historic Rehabilitation Awards honor outstanding achievements in the rehabilitation of historic properties by recognizing development teams for excellence in the creative use of the Historic Tax Credit. Developments being nominated will have a placed in service date between March 1, 2023 and March 1, 2024, and be judged on the following criteria:
- Preserved a significant property;
- Had a meaningful impact on its community;
- Distinguished itself in a unique manner;
- Employed the effective use of resources; and
- Achieved its objectives.
Nominations for this award are due by March 1.
